Then we enjoyed eating fresh raw shavings from a mature brown coconut and drinking fresh coconut water from a young green coconut! In the full cooking class experience we toured and shopped for our ingredients at a local food market, and learned how to cook delicious Malaysian meals! What is a Japanese Smoke bath? At the Sensoji Temple complex in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan crowds partake in the Japanese custom of smoke bathing. Visitors bathe in this smoke, made by buddhist incense sticks as a way to purify themselves before entering the temple to pray. Fan the smoke towards your head or your heart to grant your wishes and desires. This holy smoke is known to heal all wounds and should be guided towards problem areas.
